We want you to be completely satisfied with BUOY. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans.

To request a refund, simply:

2. Include the email address associated with your account
3. Let us know you'd like a refund (no explanation needed)

We'll process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Refunds are available if:

• Your request is made within 30 days of your initial purchase or most recent renewal
• You have not previously received a refund for BUOY

Once your refund is processed:

• Your subscription will be cancelled immediately
• Access to Pro features will be revoked
• Your registered devices will be deactivated
• You will retain access to free features

For subscription renewals, the 30-day refund window starts from the renewal date. If you no longer wish to be charged, you can cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date through your account dashboard.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of our refund policy. However, we always aim to be fair and reasonable.
